PlayerShots, LLC, is committed to providing top quality
products to our customers. Our goal is your complete
satisfaction. Photography, however, is a subjective experience
and should you be dissatisfied we will make it right. This may
include re-doing work either by reprocessing, reprinting, or reshooting.
Note that due to schedules, weather, season end, etc, we may not be
able to redo the shoot. In those cases we will work with you to
determine an satisfactory remedy including providing credit and/or discounts for
future products and services, or if you desire, a refund. This policy
applies to all prints and all other items in our standard product list
except for custom (one of a kind work) as noted below.

Note that custom designed items are an exception to the refund policy.
As a part of creating a custom designed item, you will be provided a
proof image prior to printing/product creation. By approving the proof,
you are forgoing your right to a refund of the purchase price.
PlayerShots staff will individually review the custom item
for top quality prior to delivery. In the unlikely event
there is a defect in the item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Due to the unique nature of these items we are not able to provide refunds.
